Courtney Garland
A Chicago native, for years I was known as the professional student. My insatiable appetite to learn and inquisitive nature, chartered a path that led to careers in Child Development, Post Production, and Arts Education. Throughout all of these endeavors I remained creatively driven and consistently worked to refine any product, artifact, experience I conceived. Upon discovering human centered design, I knew I'd found my sweet spot. After studying at IIT's Institute of Design I was able to harness my passion for creating beautiful experiences and enhance them by deeply understanding the user at the forefront. As a UX and Product designer I continue to push the boundaries of developing seamless experiences that underscore the needs of the user.
